John Roberts, the first in a series of articles giving a slightly different perspective on effective team building, from an original seminar presented by the author, John Roberts condensed. John is an independent consultant and director of training JayrConsulting Ltd. Part 1 deals with the first selection and training of the team. The views expressed herein are personal opinions of many years of experience in electronics / aeronautics, military, industrial, telecommunications and education terms. There is no evidence that this is a 100% on all or feasible in all situations, but aims to get people out of the norm and the question of how "normal" thinking to do things.
